Welcome to my wellness space! I am so glad you are here. My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey toward holistic health, where you will discover the power balance in your life through personalized coaching, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.
For 10 years, I struggled with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) a condition that impacted my quality of life. Dealing with constant digestive discomfort, stress, and frustration, I quickly realized how important it was to treat the body as a whole-mind, body, and spirit, but the most significant lesson I learned through my personal struggles is that digestive health does not just involve the gut – it is also influenced by stress, lifestyle, and nutrition.
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate life with IBS, and that is exactly why I am so enthusiastic about helping others who are experiencing the same thing. With the right tools, support and understanding, it is possible to regain control and find relief. Through trial and error, as well as research, I developed strategies that worked for me - and now, I help others to manage their digestive health too.
Through years of study, firsthand experiences, and a genuine passion for helping others, I became a Certified Health Coach with a focus on plant-based nutrition, pilates, and mindfulness practices. My holistic approach is designed to not only support the physical body but also help nurture mental and emotional well-being.
